Two parking spots per lot are included in the lot rent which is on average $450/ mo.  If you have additional vehicles special arrangements can be made.

Residents must take care of their lots.  Lots must be kept clean, mowed and watered.

The speed limit in the Park is 10 mph.

A Pet Agreement must be completed by Resident prior to bringing any pet onto the Park premises. 

Radios, stereos, televisions, and voices shall be kept at a moderate level.  Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

The use or sale of any unlawful drug and/or narcotic in the Park is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the local authorities immediately.
